In a saucepan, combine:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- ½ cup milk.
- Bring to a boil.
In another bowl add:
- 3 cups dry oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 6 Tbsp cocoa
Mix the dry ingredients into the hot pot of hot milk and add 1 tsp vanilla.
Drop by Tbsp onto parchment paper and let cool.
