Crock of Spinach Dip!
CrockPot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 10 minutes Yield: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces of light cream cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can artichoke hearts (drained, rinsed and finely chopped)
- 8 cups trimmed fresh spinach leaves
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
In slow cooker stoneware, combine mozzarella, cheese, Parmesan, garlic, artichokes, spinach, and black pepper. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, until hot and bubbly. Stir well and serve with warm pita bread.
